Can RentalEssentials integrate with my QuickBooks account?

Yes, we are able to send information over to QuickBooks and there is no extra cost associated.

Can I view the availability of my items?

Yes, you can see a calendar view of a specific item or even a category of items.

Does RentalEssentials offer a way for customers to reserve items online?

Yes. The Premium package includes a highly configurable front end store which allows you to take quotes online and even allow customers to pay online to hold their reservation. The system can be configured to show or not show real time availability, integrate with Google Analytics, Facebook and WordPress. You can easily include the web store right inside your website.

I don’t “rent” anything, but I want to keep track of my inventory. Can your product handle that?

Yes. We currently have large companies with multiple locations that simply use RentalEssentials to enable them to track where their inventory is.

After I pay the monthly fees for the software, how much do you charge for features such as email support, QuickBooks integration, barcode capabilities, the ability to email contracts to my customers, etc?

All of these features are included for free in the Essentials Plus plan. Optional features are listed in the pricing section.

I see that pricing is based on the number of users I have. What constitutes a user?

You can have all of your employees saved within the software, but you will only pay for the number of people that are using the software at the same time.
